How do I pay for Beacon with my HSA or FSA?
At checkout, choose “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” from the available payment methods. Follow the prompts from Flex, then enter your HSA/FSA card details to complete your purchase.
What if I don't see Flex as a payment option?
Check if you are logged in to your Shop account on the checkout page. If you are, Flex will not appear as a payment option. Click "Check out as a guest" — you should now see Flex under payment options.
Do I need to verify that I’m eligible?
No - Beacon is eligible by default. Choose Flex as your payment method, and it will guide you to submit your HSA/FSA payment information.
What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card with me?
Flex says customers may be able to use a regular credit or debit card and receive documentation to submit to their HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement. Availability and reimbursement requirements can vary, so customers should follow the instructions provided by Flex and their plan administrator.
What if my HSA/FSA card is declined?
Check that you have sufficient funds available and contact your HSA/FSA administrator if you need help confirming your balance or account requirements.
Can I split my payment between my HSA/FSA funds and a different payment method?
Yes! During checkout, you will be asked to enter in your HSA/FSA payment card information. On that same page, there is an option to split your payment. Click this option to enter an additional payment method.
